Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to UK addresses only. UK standard delivery (3-5 business days) is £4.99. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

Returns

Unopened, fully sealed products in their original packaging can be returned within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items where the seal has been broken. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the returns address and issue a returns reference.

Return postage is paid by the customer. If you change your mind, the cost of sending the item back to us is yours, and the original delivery charge is not refunded. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover the return postage in full. Full details are on our returns policy.

Courses & Training

Course enrolment includes lifetime access to online theory materials, one face-to-face practical training day in Sheffield, and three months to submit case studies for Amber's personal review. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all requirements.

Payment

All prices are shown without VAT. Payment is collected securely via Stripe. Instalment plans are available on request. Contact us before checkout to arrange.
